Skincare, Sluts, & Law Of Attraction

Beauty wisdom from a self-proclaimed slut.

Why ‘sluts?’

Well, because I’m a self-proclaimed slut. I’m a slut-for-one, but a slut nonetheless. One of my dreams is to be a submissive bimbo-slut for my ‘Daddy.’ (← If that term triggers you, the rest of the article will too, so I highly suggest you leave and maintain your joy and sanity.)

Picture a beautiful woman.

She’s unashamed and confident in her body. She knows it’s a valuable blessing and a huge advantage getting what she wants out of life, and she uses it well. She shows off skin when she wants to. She struts and poses and preens when she wants to. Men desire her and other women secretly want to be her. She’s a queen like Cleopatra. She’s a star like Marilyn Monroe. She’s what many might call a ‘slut’, and she’s loud and proud about it.

This is my dream.

Part of that dream is to improve my skin (Jay likes smooth skin, but so do I). I want to be the best at everything I do and am, so having ‘flawless’ skin is important to me. I want to be slim, stacked, and smooth. And since I love other sluts too, I thought I’d share my research with others. And let me tell you, it’s been a wild, skincare adventure so far. It’s the most research and the longest thing I’ve ever written on any subject… ever. And the stuff I’ve learned on my skincare mission can help non-sluts too. But it’s catchier to just mention sluts in the title. Still, this article is for anyone who loves their skin, although from a slut’s perspective.

So let’s begin.

My Skin Was Gross AF.

For months I’d been getting a small rash on the backs of my hands.

Think of something gross and cringy, I dunno, leprosy. Or psoriasis. Or 3rd degree burn scars. That’s what a patch of my skin looked like. Really unappealing. And also scary! Like WTF, this wasn’t normal. Not cool.

I, of course, wondered what was going on.

First, I thought it was because I was washing my hands a lot (I have a thing about my hands feeling clean and soft). Then I thought it was because I wasn’t putting any lotion on. Then I thought it was because it was so cold. The rash came and went for months. It stayed small and didn’t even itch.

Until one day I broke out in the rash, but it was everywhere.

It was even around my eyes, swollen, cracked, and red! It didn’t stay in the small patch it had been, it was all over the backs of my hands. Then it spread to my eyes and my neck. I don’t ‘do’ doctors so I knew there was a way to heal it at home without dealing with one. But I panicked and called my mom to send me some antibiotics and Cortisone 10 to help with the itch. But those things just made it worse. I assumed my rash had an external cause, so an external cure should’ve worked. I was wrong.

My right hand.
My eyes.

It happened because I was being a jealous, judgmental hag, lol.

Very un-slut-like.

Self-Healing Your Skin Is Possible, And Easier Than You Think

I realized that I had resentment for people in my past.

I was being judgmental and that caused me to break out. The more I judged, the worse the rash itched. And I know that the majority of physical ailments are because of an emotional situation.

“It’s known that stress gives rise to disease. It’s also known that many diseases, especially stress-related diseases, can be cured by placebos – pills that have no medicinal effect, but people think they do, and so they do.” – Richard Dawkins

I talked to Jay about it and he was like…”How’s your energy about your skin? Your body? Life?”

I felt called out.

But then I confessed what I was doing…creeping the profiles of people I dislike.

You ever done this? Looked up someone online who you don’t like, then sent a bunch of judgy energy their way, when you could’ve been bringing light into the world instead? Like, no one forced me to go look at these people. I could’ve blocked them. Or moved on and forgotten about them. But now, it’s almost like I was ‘compelled’ to cyberstalk them with hate-rays.

Well, t was bringing my energy way down and making me itchy and angry. Admitting it was the first step, and I felt better emotionally, but I still needed serious belief changes. (I refuse to stay angry or jealous of anyone. NO ONE has anything that I can’t have for myself.)

Jay and I also worked through some crap from our past and talking about some of my internal thoughts, judgments, etc. helped even more.

I’ll get into these ‘hard conversations’ and how they helped more later. The result was that my itching skin began to soothe. Little by little, the itch was leaving, but the ugly rash wasn’t. To me, this meant I was on the right track, but I knew that getting my mind right was just the first step. I knew more healing was in store for my sensitive skin after I got my energy & mood right too.

Breakouts Were My Blessing And Taught Me About Myself.

Why didn’t I figure out that my skin was breaking out because I was being judgemental and hateful? It seems obvious now, but you’d be surprised how many people don’t make the connection for a long time.

It’s pretty obvious though. Most of the women you look up to for #skingoals put judgment, hate, and resentment away a long time ago (besides an occasional moment here or there), and they truly blossomed only after doing so.

Fortunately, it didn’t take me too long before I figured it out.

And Jay played a big part, he’s so helpful and loving. He suggested that whatever was happening with my skin might be internal. And suggested I relax about it, that I put Vitamin E oil on it (way more on this later), and that I raise my energy about my skin.

Did I listen? Not really. I’d love to say I immediately spot good advice and apply it every time, but sometimes we have to learn the hard way. So I said “yes, ok,” but secretly was being stubborn about it all. I DID put vitamin E on but was still having negative thoughts about it helping me. I didn’t believe his advice would work, and I didn’t tell him I was being a judgmental asshole (More on how these beliefs held me back later.)

Eventually, though, it all came out.

But before Jay called me on my shit, he let me try dealing with it on my own. He didn’t push me even once. He was quite patient and loving, which if you’ve ever gone through body issues, you know is important to have around you while you heal. (It’s hard to heal with some know it all forcing their agenda on you or trying to decide how fast you should progress.)

And I wasn’t just judging Vitamin E cures, or my skin, or my past. I was angry I couldn’t take any more selfies either. My photos looked awful with those bright red eyes and super-swollen lids and with oil all over them too.

I Hated Looking In The Mirror.

Plus, the antibiotics made it worse. The itching was taking over my life and I knew I had to stop it.

So I decided to meditate on it. Not a 15-minute meditation, I mean like, all day I meditated on it off-and-on for hours. I worked a little, then meditated for longer, then worked some more, and then more meditation.

When I came out of one of my meditations, I realized that my body was unhappy with my food intake. I was eating processed foods, drinking lots of soda pop, and not taking care of my body well enough. I was barely working out once a week, but I wasn’t really doing a good job.

And while I was meditating, I kept thinking about fruit. My body was trying to tell me to give up sugar and processed foods.

So I listened to my body and gave them up.

I decided to change my diet. I started by giving up coffee and sugar. I was a caffeine and sugar addict.

I’d Been Living On Reese Cups And Diet Coke.

It still sounds delicious, but now, no thanks! I’d only been drinking water when I had to, like when I ran out of diet coke, lol.

But, I had a vegan phase a few years ago, so I knew I could change my diet. I just wasn’t prepared for the amazingness that would happen shortly after I did.

I told Jay what I planned to do and he was all about it. No sugar, no coffee, no breakfast (I eat after I work out now in the mornings). No processed food anymore. He was up for whatever I wanted. He is always so encouraging, but also reminded me that outside stuff won’t help until I deal with the inside stuff.

He was right.

I realized I was still holding onto jealousy, anger, and childhood trauma. I sat down with Jay and we talked about a bunch of things that I was angry about. Things from our past together, and separate too.

It was many hard conversations in a single week. I’d sit down, explain some hurt I’d been feeling, and we’d work through it together until I took responsibility for my role in it. We’d talk it out until I made peace with it, and realized how my pain was serving me, causing me to cling to it. His calm, logical mind and willingness to take responsibility for his own choices was a great example for me.

So I let go of a bunch of negative feelings about people that I perceived as having hurt him, people that I was jealous about, people that had hurt me too.

I realized that I was putting hidden ‘rules’ on other people which for me is disgusting. I LIVE for freedom. I meditate with the word freedom every single day. So how dare I put rules on other people’s lives? Who am I to decide what other people think, do, or say?

I let go of the rules I had in my mind (for years) for others. I let go of rules for myself. I let go of jealousy, anger, and regret. Jay and I talked for days.

I had been judging him.

Judging others. Judging myself. Judgment was literally making me ill.

After days of talking and finally feeling better emotionally, I was inspired to make another small dietary change, that had a big impact. I began drinking some Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV!).

Between my better emotional state, no sugar or processed food, and the ACV, the remaining rash that was attacking my body started to clear up.

It’s Not About Diet… But It Is.

Sluts love food.

Ok, ok, everyone loves food, lol! Food is delicious and gives us lots of energy. But I was someone who didn’t just eat food, I ‘used’ it. I used it like a ‘user’ uses drugs. I used it to feel better, I used it for comfort, I used it to replace emotions. I hated feeling anything. So I ate to ‘feel good.’ But I ate, like most overweight people, lots of junk food. I never drank water, and I especially loved Reese cups and Diet Coke.

When I decided to give up processed food and sugar and see if just eating just fruit, vegetables, and sour-dough bread (it’s good for Candida overgrowth – gross at-home test here:, I guessed it would improve my skin.

And it did, but it did much more than that.

For example, I have black hair. It was once super thick and long. But a bout of alopecia lost a lot of it, and when it grew back, it was thin and short. I still wanted it to be thicker and darker again.

So about two weeks into my new diet I looked in the mirror and was so happy to see the changes in my face. My skin was glowing, softer and smoother, with fewer wrinkles. And OMG, my hair! My new diet had made my hair thicker, darker, and shinier. It looked so healthy!

So What Did I Eat To Improve My Appearance?

I googled “foods good for Candida overgrowth”, but ended up making my own list of things I’d found. I have experimented personally with these foods and this is what’s working for me now.

  • All fruit (frozen and fresh).Potatoes (not sure about these)Sourdough bread
  • Lots of bananas
  • Peanut Butter
  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Raw honey
  • Corn nuts
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Tomato
  • Green onion
  • Cilantro
  • Lemon
  • Chicken
  • Beef
  • Fish
  • Flaxseed
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds

This is basically all I eat. Recently I’ve had a few bits of processed food and it’s still causing me to itch after. So I know it has to be 100% off the menu for me.

Here are a few pics of the lunch that I usually eat. Not every day but almost.

My right hand.
My eyes.

I Also Started Paying Attention To My Water Intake.

I realized I was always thirsty. So I upped my water intake. Since I gave up diet coke and coffee, all I’ve been drinking is water. I start my day with a cup of water instead of coffee. Giving up coffee was so much easier than I ever thought. “Oh, want to stop scratching your entire body and feel better? Yes?”

Then no coffee for me. I thought it might be hard to give up that sweet, divine nectar each morning, but it’s easy once you know the side-effects are ugly skin. The days I have had coffee just made me itchy, so it’s out.

Healthier food and water changed my appearance immediately. After years of mistreating my body and eating and drinking so poorly, I was finally listening to what my body was craving. And yeah, it still ‘wanted’ Reese Cups but it WANTED healthy food and water more. My hair and skin are thriving, stronger, shiny, and just obviously healthy now. It’s made me so happy to see this just from eating and drinking healthier.

A Doctor Once Taught Me How To Cure ‘Anything Internal’…

Well, let me be clear about what she taught me exactly.

My daughter has ulcerative colitis and her gastroenterologist once told me “You can cure any internal ailment with fruits and vegetables.” I was surprised that a doctor wasn’t pushing meds but instead pushing a plant-based diet for my daughter. And she advocates for it for everyone. But especially those with medical issues.

It’s refreshing to find a doctor that believes in natural healing with fruit and veg. And she’s right. When my daughter ate a strict plant-based diet, her UC never acted up and she was able to heal her large intestine. But when she eats junk food or even meat, her UC acts up.

But it’s also her beliefs, moods, and choices. Her body is trying to tell her to fix her emotions and when she eats plant-based, is when her body is happiest, but she still ignores it at times. It’s ok because I did too. I love sugar and want chocolate, but when I eat it my body starts to rebel, and I break out in itchies again.

I highly recommend you eat healthier for clear, smooth, soft, skin.

On A Related Note, Let’s Talk Probiotics.

While all this was going on, Jay gave me The Probiotic Promise; Simple Steps To Heal Your Body From The Inside Out by Michelle Schoffro Ph.D. DNM, and I found it extremely interesting.

I have taken probiotics a lot to help with tummy issues I’ve had in the past. And since I took a round of antibiotics when I first broke out, I figured I needed probiotics again. So I want to give you some information from this amazing book that was really helpful to me.

Probiotics literally mean “supports life,” whereas antibiotic means “against life.” Within each of these words, you’ll actually find the method by which they work. Probiotics work in many different ways, but all of them support health so your body will be stronger to fight harmful pathogens. They primarily work by strengthening the beneficial bacteria in your intestines and elsewhere in your body. An increased number of beneficial microbes can also sway the “intermediate” microbes to act as beneficial microbes. Conversely, antibiotics indiscriminately kill microorganisms, both beneficial and harmful. With that rampant killing of microbes, harmful microbes can more readily settle and take hold in the body, leaving us vulnerable to infections. That’s why so many people complain of getting a yeast infection or other type of infection or diarrhea and other uncomfortable symptoms after a period of antibiotic use.

This Is Why I Got Worse When I Took Antibiotics.

My body was desperately trying to make beneficial bacteria but the antibiotics were killing them, and this caused me to break out more. I didn’t just get a yeast infection…I was a walking yeast infection. The rash on my body was definitely Candida. The more I ate sugar, took antibiotics, and drank pop, the worse my rash became. I stopped the antibiotics and went for a high dose of probiotics and combined with the ACV…the itching eased up and the rash started to fade.

Here’s more from Dr. Shoffro…

What’s All the Fuss About Gut Health Anyway? What happens in your gut plays a significant role in determining the health of your whole body. Your gut plays a critical role in the health of your brain, joints, respiratory system, and much more. It is a factor in whether you’ll experience allergies or have a healthy immune system. Although more and more people are talking about gut health, it’s usually not in the context of our health beyond the gut. But there is good reason to start considering gut health as a key factor in maintaining or restoring great health throughout your body.

I had a leaky gut, which is why probiotics helped to heal my rash.

What’s A ‘Leaky Gut?‘

It’s a condition in which the intestinal walls become increasingly permeable, allowing intestinal contents such as bacteria, viruses, toxins, food particles, or intestinal waste to travel across the wall to the bloodstream and making us vulnerable to inflammation, immune conditions, and many other health problems. Some of the symptoms of a leaky gut include bloating, cramps, fatigue, food sensitivities, flushing, achy joints, headache, and rashes.

Leaky gut was one reason I got the rash but really what made it go out of control was me being a jealous, hateful, haggy bitch to other women. Ok, so some of them aren’t my friends, and some lied, and some hurt someone I love… buuuut still that’s NOT a reason to be hating on anyone, especially in secret.

“What is done in the dark will eventually come to light” – Luke 12:2 (Yeah, that’s right, this slut just dropped a bible verse on you, lol.)

And my secret hate and jealousy made me feel worse. Not just what I was thinking about others, but then feeling guilty for thinking it at all, and for hiding these dark truths about myself shamefully. All of this combined caused my issues. But that’s ok because once I admitted these things to myself, and then to Jay, I was able to start healing my insides… and my skin too.

Why do I keep mentioning Jay?

Well, when I first met Jay and started my transformation, he sent me a bunch of great resources to help me. Art resources, biz resources, and more. And one of the main things I’ve wanted to transform for years was my body. And I had a lot of weird beliefs about food and my body especially. And Jay is the person who got me to see things differently. In fact, early on, Jay made a post on Instagram that was super helpful to me, and I thought I’d share an edited version of his post here.

Jay’s View On Food, His Metabolism, And What He Can Eat.

h

Jay has an amazing attitude about food. From the first time, we talked about food, all the way up to today when I brought this topic up. I told him that I was going to write about his beliefs about food and his body. He got all animated and started to tell me how much he loves food, and how he can eat anything and his body knows what to do with it. He raved about how his body metabolizes food quickly and easily. How his body can handle anything. His self-talk about food is so inspiring.

Jay’s food attitudes amazing.

His core food-philosophy is: “Anything external is no match for the miraculous internal powers of my body.” His seeks out people like Wim Hof, who has taught his students to cure disease using only their internal organs, through breathwork and cold-therapy, all under lab conditions.

I LOVE Jay’s beliefs about food and his body. He has a list of body affirmations that he added to the Instagram post I’m about to share with you. I didn’t tell him but when he posted them I wrote them on some notecards and I would say them in the mirror to myself every day. Here they are. The following was written by @ryzeonline

“Our thoughts & emotions are the most powerful tools we have, because we’re consciousness in physical form.

This means our beliefs & attitudes decide how well our bodies function. Our thoughts decide how strong or sexy we are. Or how healthy we are. In every circumstance. Under all conditions.

If something’s out of whack, there’s a belief at the root of it.

‘Cause let’s be honest, most people have shitty beliefs about their bodies. And if you’re building an empire, you can’t afford that.

Here’s a few of MY body beliefs:

  • My immune system’s impressive.
  • My digestive system’s efficient.
  • My endocrine system’s a blessing.
  • My nervous system’s brilliant.
    I’m free to consume anything.
  • My cells can metabolize anything.
  • My body’s a sophisticated chemical factory.
  • It produces ANY chemical I desire, in any quantity.
  • My cells are intelligent.
  • I listen to my body’s messages & trust them.
  • My beliefs & emotions are the main factor in my body’s well-being.
  • My breathing is the second factor.
  • My body can reverse-aging.
  • It’s fine & normal for my body to gain muscle & lose weight simultaneously.
  • Trillions of my cells are reborn all the time.
  • My body easily & consistently maintains balance.
  • My body’s internal systems are far superior to anything external.
  • My body easily creates unlimited energy for me, from the abundant oxygen around.
  • Animals love their bodies, and I love mine.

That’s probably more true, authentic, body-positivity than any reader has encountered in a long time. Possibly ever.

Which feels more right for you… MY list of body beliefs, or the ones you’ve been bombarded by since birth?

Which body beliefs would you wanna believe?” – J-Ryze

Can you see why I loved this list of affirmations? OMG, they were life-changing. Kinda makes me wanna go back to using them! Holy… I can never shut up about Jay being so helpful and amazing. (You’ll have to bear with me, dear reader.)

So admitting my crappy behavior, thoughts, moods, and improving my diet (ACV!) got the itching under control. Next, it was time to tackle the dryness left behind.

Yep, my rash was ‘gone’ but the skin left behind was wrinkly, dry, and painful which is not too pretty for a slut that wants to show off like me.

But how? What should I do next? More diet things? More emotional work? Do I just google “dry skin left behind after candida rash cure?”

My research began again, this time deeper down the rabbit hole.

And I discovered something very intriguing.

Whether You Like It Or Not, Skin Lives In The Feminine Realm.

I went to YouTube to look for people talking about skincare. I wanted to know what the experts know about skincare, and what they would recommend. And it opened up a whole new world. I found lots of skincare information from YouTubers but I also found a bunch of feminine women talking about skincare in regards to their femininity.

I’m always researching multiple topics at any given time. So as I was researching skincare, I was also researching femininity and feminine energies. So to find people talking about both was nice for me and I realized that skincare has a lot to do with femininity. They’re connected.

We all have feminine and masculine inside us, and we can all ‘express’ either one in any given moment. The trick is to express in ways that suit you specifically. For some people that means mainly skincare & beauty routines, for others it means mainly entrepreneurial hustle, for others it’s a blend of both, or something else entirely.

Anyway, when I spent a lot of time in my ‘masculine energy,’ I didn’t care about my appearance. I didn’t care about makeup, skincare, or fashion. (I enjoy lounging in sweats, but I like to wear lipstick, jewelry, and do my hair to feel nice while I work from my room every day.)

One of the things I was working on was tapping into my feminine energy to feel better. In the past, I tended to get into that masculine ‘work mode’ energy and just stay there. I couldn’t figure out why I’d feel crunchy later. Sometimes Jay would remind me to dance and that would make it all better. But I didn’t get why until I researched it.

It’s because dance is a pretty ‘feminine’ thing to do. (Remember, we all have both energies inside us.) It calls out my feminine energy the moment I start dancing. I listen to music all day long while I work to keep my feminine close by, but the dancing just brings it out full force.

Another thing that brings out feminine energy is self-care, makeup, skincare routines, and bathing. Water is feminine energy, always flowing.

The more I watched these videos of feminine women talking about skincare, the more I realized that one of the reasons I was getting angry and looking at profiles of people and judging them was because I wasn’t spending any quality time in my feminine. If I was, I’d have been celebrating them.

Dang, this skincare research was going deep, but I still needed to figure out how to rejuvenate my dry, sensitive skin.

So Began My Skin Care Product Experiments.

There were all kinds of products suggested to me in these videos. My interest in them was peaked. So I decided that since I’m eating natural foods that I wanted something natural for my skin too. I googled, ‘natural skin care remedies for dry skin.’

And I got all kinds of suggestions from yogurt, to cucumber, to Vitamin E, to shea butter, and on and on.

I decided to stick to 5 items to experiment with. I would use some stuff I’ve used in the past and some new suggestions too. Here’s what I bought.

  • Coconut Oil (I use this in my face & chest scrub and to remove my makeup).
  • Vitamin E (I use this all over my face and some scars on my arms and on my chest)
  • Shea Butter (I use this on my shoulders, arms, hands, under my boobs, back, tummy, & legs).
  • Aquaphor (I use this on my feet).
  • Sudocrem (I’m not currently using this).

5 products to experiment with. Would you choose these 5 to try if your skin looked like mine? Would you be desperate to fix your skin yourself or would you run to the doctor for answers?

I experimented with all 5 of these products and my skin definitely changed…but was it for the better? Or for worse?

What products do you think worked best for me? What would you try first?

Want to know how it ends? Want to know how it looks now?

Part Two.

In part one I told you about my desire to experiment with 5 products to see if I could fix my rash. Let’s see what I really think of these products and if they helped me.

Honest Skin Care Product Reviews.

I don’t mean ‘Honest’ as in the beauty company run by the stunningly accomplished Jessica Alba, I mean honest as in, my truthful experience from my wild-and-crazy skincare journey. I’ll go into detail about various products I’ve tried (and even share my thoughts on a few I haven’!)

Coconut Oil

I love coconut oil. I’ve used it for lots of stuff and I’ve never been disappointed. Some of the stuff I’ve used it for:

  • Cooking
  • Moisturize my hair
  • Relieve dry skin
  • Insect Repellant
  • Reduce itching when my rash started
  • Help cure my yeast infection
  • Home manicures to soak my cuticles in
  • Remove makeup (especially my stay-on lipstick which is blowjob-proof and hard to remove.)
  • Soothe my chapped lips (which now I know wouldn’t have been chapped if I drank more water).
  • Make my homemade sugar & coffee scrub

What kind to buy and where to get it: I use virgin coconut oil and you can get it at Walmart, Target, or any grocery store.

I automatically reached for the coconut oil when my skin broke out but I found that it was too “loose” hehe. It wasn’t ‘thick’ enough (OMG my dirty mind is all over the place lol!). The coconut oil didn’t ‘cling’ to my skin the way I wanted it to. It was absorbed by my skin quickly and I kept having to put it on over and over again.

I realized that if I wanted something thicker and juicer (haha) for my post-rash skin then I was going to have to move on to the other things on my list.

Vitamin E Oil

Mmmmm I LOVE Vitamin E.

Vitamin E helps promote cellular growth. This thick, juicy oil is a beautiful gift from Mother Nature. It is lightning in a bottle.

I’ve used Vitamin E to:

  • Smooth skin
  • Get rid of wrinkles
  • Lighten discoloration
  • Remove scars
  • Moisturize my skin
  • Tighten loose skin
  • Fade dark purple spider veins
  • Make moles smaller
  • Soften foot calluses
  • Soothe my itchy, dry rash.
  • Heals wounds

The internet says you can also use it for:

  • Skin cancer prevention
  • Soothes eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis
  • Sunburn prevention
  • Promotes nail growth

What kind to buy and where to get it: I buy it from Shoppers Drug Mart here in Canada but you can get it in most places where vitamins are sold.

Vitamin E works a treat. It’s literally a natural miracle that not enough people use or know about. It’s about $14 a bottle here in Canada for 28 ML (I have no clue how much that is in ounces, google it if you’re really curious, lol,)

The point is, this stuff is a MIRACLE cure. I’ve used it for so many things and I cannot even start to explain the way it’s softened my skin. I only wish it came in a giant tub so I could swim in it daily. (Update: Jay found me this 16oz. Bottle of pure Vitamin E) It’s SOOOOOO good for the skin and it’s healed my rash beautifully. Now, it didn’t take away the original itch but it soothes, rejuvenates, and softens perfectly.

I used it on my face, my neck, my hands, and my eyes especially to help soothe my rash.

Since I didn’t want to use a bottle a day, I decided to find something equally good for the rest of my body.

And I found it!

Shea Butter

I don’t mean lotion with shea butter IN it. I had some of that nonsense and it was no good. I mean the actual pure, thick, yellow, shea butter sold in tubs.

I went to Amazon and ordered a tub of the one with the most stars and best reviews after researching for a few days some of the benefits of shea butter. (I’d never used it before like I had coconut and Vitamin E Oil).

The internet says these are some of the benefits (and I added my experience with it too):

Safe for all skin types
When you apply shea topically, these oils are rapidly absorbed into your skin. They act as a “refatting” agent, restoring lipids and rapidly creating moisture. This restores the barrier between your skin and the outside environment, holding moisture in and reducing your risk of dryness.- My source – Healthline

The internet claims it’s not oily but I disagree 100%. It’s butter, bro. It’s oily af but it’s sooooooo worth it. I’ve been putting it on my chest, tummy, back, arms, elbows, knees, and legs. It’s incredible for moisturizing.

  • It’s anti-aging and has antioxidants (and since it has vitamin e in it, then I 100% believe this.
  • Vitamin e is awesome for anti-aging).
  • It’s antibacterial so I felt safe and comfortable putting it on my rash on my hands when I didn’t use the vit e.
  • May prevent acne. (I’ve been putting it on my arms and I used to have tiny pimples on my arms that have since disappeared.)
  • Boosts collagen
  • Helps promote cell regeneration (with the vitamin e in it…hellz yeah!)
  • Improves the appearance of stretch marks. (Yes it does! It’s been super helpful at reducing the ones on my breasts and shoulders and my booty too)
  • Sunscreen. It has like 7% sunscreen but I’d rather use something natural than a sunscreen with tons of chemicals in it. My poor sensitive skin couldn’t handle it.
  • Prevent’s hair breakage. I’ve used it on my ends as well as coconut oil and it’s helped make my hair softer and less dry.
  • Soothes eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis.
  • Soothes sunburn.
  • Promotes wound healing. (Yes, this. I put it on a cut on my ankle and in two days it was gone.)

What kind to buy and where to get it: Natural African Shea Butter. I ordered mine on Amazon.Ca

There was one downside to me putting shea butter all over my body before bed…I have white sheets and it turned my sheets grey. (I know I can get it out or just buy new sheets but maybe if I didn’t put it all over my body IN bed and then go straight to sleep this wouldn’t have happened.)

But this article is to help sluts (yes, I know, and ‘non-sluts’, too) so if you wanna bring your Daddy into your bed like I did… maybe wash the sheets or change them or just don’t be as careless as I was, and put it on with plenty of time to soak into your skin before you sleep.

Aquaphor

This isn’t a “natural remedy” to most but I KNOW this is the shizz. My daughter has a slew of allergies, plus she has psoriasis and eczema too. She’s been slathering Aquaphor all over her body since she was 3.

I wanted something that was going to CRUSH my dry feet and make them soft and supple again. Now, to be clear, I didn’t have a rash on my feet… BUT I do go barefoot all the time and with all my, uh, extra weight over the years, I feel like that puts pressure on my feet and causes calluses.

And as you know, foot calluses aren’t very sexy, smooth, or soft. Daddy and I like to have toesie cuddles when we sleep together and I didn’t want my feet to be anything but smooth and soft for him.

I already know that Aquaphor is amazing for dry skin. And I didn’t want to gamble using it on my sore, sensitive rash, so I mainly used it on my feet. I’ve used it on other parts over the years and it’s nice for other body parts, and safe for even a diaper rash for babies too. But for this experiment, I only used it on my feet.

By itself, it didn’t do much if my feet weren’t soaked in it. I had to get a pumice stone to get those calluses smaller. And again, the pumice by itself was ok. But Aquaphor AND the pumice combined helped a lot. I know when I lose more weight that the calluses will also ease up and not be so stubborn.

I used this 3 times a day. In the morning I would put a bit on and then wear socks while I meditated so I didn’t walk around after. Then I put some on after lunch when I knew I would be off my feet and in bed working. Then the last thing I did before bed was put a bunch on my feet and wear cozy socks to sleep in. I woke up with super soft feet. It works so well but Vitamin E works even better.

Here’s what the internet says Aquaphor it can help with:

  • Heals cuts
  • Moisturizes skin
  • Heals rashes caused by Poison Ivy & Poison Oak
  • Relieves diaper rash in babies

What kind to buy and where to get it: The brand is Eucerin and the product’s called Aquaphor and you can get it anywhere where baby supplies are sold.

It’s definitely not a good idea to put it on your face if your skin is oily. If you have dry skin on your face, it might be helpful but to be honest, I’d highly recommend the other natural alternatives I listed above for your face. I definitely recommend Aquaphor for dry feet, elbows, and knees, or any other dry area that isn’t an open wound or sensitive to touch like my rash was.

Sudocrem

Now, this is typically used strictly for diaper rash in kids. But I used this years ago when I lived in Ireland where it’s really cold and dried out my skin. Sudocrem softened my skin, reduced wrinkles, and softened the scars on my arms. I have a bunch of old track mark scars (I was a heroin addict 14 years ago) and I used to be ashamed of the scars it left on my arms. But using Vitamin E on them has made them so soft, small, and light. And keeping up my improvements I expect them to disappear entirely. Sudocrem worked well for them too, but again, nothing like Vitamin E did.

I bought this to use on my forehead but to be honest when I saw the miracle that is Vitamin E on my face, wrinkles, and the changes it made I just abandoned Sudocrem. It worked really well on my hands too when I experimented with it. However, like I said when you have a miracle in a bottle like Vitamin E there’s no point in using something that helps a little when you can use something that helps A LOT.

What the internet says:

  • Reduces scars
  • Stops chafing
  • Creates a hair dye barrier
  • Heals cuts and burns
  • Soothes insect bites
  • Soothes sunburn
  • Heal acne
  • Soothe eczema

What kind to buy and where to get it: Sudocrem is only sold in Canada and Europe (in the UK too). It’s great for diaper rash and I highly recommend it IF you don’t have access to vitamin e or you run out of it.

These 5 products have been so helpful in changing my skin from rough to smooth. I’m so grateful to Jay for helping me research (he sent me articles on skincare to help me as usual. He’s such a love).

Bonus Honorable Mentions That May Help Your Skin

I read a TON of articles and watched a TON of videos on skincare. I wanted to dive deep and I certainly did. Here are some honorable mentions that I found in my research. I’ve only tried three but I definitely am going to be trying the rest.

Coffee Grounds

Coffee is one of the things I tried too. I made a scrub out of it. I used 1 teaspoon of:
coffee grounds, sugar, raw honey, and 6 teaspoons of warmed-up coconut oil. I put it all in a jar with a lid and mixed it all up and popped it in the shower. I use it on my face (and my chest) to help with my eyes and it’s soooooo soothing to my skin. I leave it on there for a few minutes before rinsing it off.

The internet says coffee helps with:

  • Cellulite reduction (I have to try this on my thighs, I haven’t yet but I will start when I shower next).
  • Calming effects (it calms the itchiness around my eyes for a few hours after using).
  • Anti-aging benefits.
  • Vitamin B-3 for skin cancer.
  • Reduced inflammation (definitely! My eyes were swollen for so long but when I started using this, I noticed a big difference in less swelling around my eyes and on my hands).
  • Acne treatment.
  • Dark circles.
  • After-sun care.

What kind to buy and where to get it: Any coffee grounds will do and you can get them at any grocery store.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

ACV is another thing I tried like I mentioned before. A lot of the articles I read and videos I watched recommended ACV. One of the benefits is controlling candida overgrowth and also clearing up skin (and so much more). It’s also great for hair. I’ve used ACV to wash my hair. It’s brilliant for stripping the old color out of your hair (I dyed my hair in 2017 and in 2020 I still had traces of the color left on my ends even though I was getting regular cuts. It was annoying but the ACV fixed it). My hair also got shinier from washing it with ACV. But I didn’t notice significant thickening until I started drinking it.

I started drinking ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) twice a day. A side note about ACV: It’s disgusting. LOL. I’m not even exaggerating here, when I first started drinking it I would gag and cry through the entire glass of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of ACV. It was my living nightmare. I’m suchh a baby about how things taste. (I’ll note though that Jay and Evan Carmichael both actually enjoy drinking it, so your mileage may vary.)

This brings us back to energy, emotion, and internal work.

Forcing yourself to drink something you don’t like creates negative emotion. Negative emotion makes skin and hair worse. So, if I had kept forcing myself to drink ACV, I wouldn’t have gotten better. I had to get my energy right about drinking ACV and once I did, I was gently inspired to google “how to make ACV taste better”

I found a few sites with suggestions on how to improve the taste of ACV. I decided to reduce the amount I was drinking so I went down to 2 TEASPOONS instead of tablespoons. And, I started eating a small bowl of plain yogurt mixed with some raw honey as a chaser. Since doing this I can down that glass of water and ACV in seconds without breaking a sweat and it’s helped my rash! Once I started the ACV, the itchiness stopped and the redness started to heal and mixed with the above remedies, I was soon on my way to clearer, softer, smoother skin.

What kind to buy and where to get it: Organic ACV (with the ‘mother’), and they sell it everywhere. Most grocery stores, Walmart, Target, etc.

Here’s what the internet says it can help with:

  • Natural laxative and helps with digestion
  • Lowers blood sugar levels
  • Improves Insulin sensitivity
  • Helps with weight loss
  • Reduces belly fat
  • Lowers cholesterol
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Slows growth of cancer cells
  • Treats and reduces acne
  • Soothes sunburns
  • Anti Aging properties
  • Improves hair health
  • Treats dandruff

Here’s the site I got this info from: https://www.asweetpeachef.com/benefits-of-apple-cider-vinegar/

I love ACV now that I know how to drink it properly, lol. I also want to recommend that when you do drink ACV, you should rinse your mouth afterward. Some people even brush their teeth. I don’t but just rinse with water. The reason is that the acid in ACV can eat at the enamel on your teeth and make them weaker.

Cucumber

I bought a cucumber to try to use on my face but Jay ate it all, LOL…Ok, ok, I cut it up and gave it to him haha. But well, I haven’t yet tried it on my face.

Here’s what the internet says about cucumber for skin:

  • Reduces swelling and puffiness
  • Anti Aging
  • A mild astringent to help with acne
  • Soothes irritation
  • Hydrates skin (but it says to use a moisturizer too)
  • Alleviates sunburn

What kind to buy and where to get it: Anywhere they sell produce.

Green Tea

Green tea has been on my grocery list for two weeks now. When Jay sees this he’s going to ask “why I hate life” and haven’t ordered it, LOL. It’s only because I wasn’t ready to move on to another experiment. When finding out what skincare works for you, it pays off huge to be focused and committed with your experiments, not just grabbing at whatever shiny new skincare product catches your eye. I’m quite content with my routine right now though I do intend to add this to it soon.

What the internet says about it:

  • Reduces skin irritation
  • Reduces redness
  • Reduces puffiness
  • Soothes sunburn
  • Heals cuts
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Protects against skin cancer
  • Anti Aging
  • Helps heal acne

There are tons of people who use cucumber and who rave about it. It’s definitely on my list to try. I want to try it by itself on my eyes and I also want to make a mask and try that out as well. I’ll have to update this section when I try it out.

What kind to buy and where to get it: Any grocery store that sells produce.

Oatmeal

I’ve used oatmeal in my daughter’s bath when she was little to help soothe her eczema. I hadn’t thought of using it to soothe my own itchy skin until just this past week when I was doing further research of the resources that Jay gave me. Mixed with water to form a paste and left on the inflamed skin, works wonders. It was very helpful to my daughter and my son when he got chicken pox a few years ago. It’s brilliant to soothe inflamed skin. Wish I had thought of it sooner when my hands were driving me mad with itchiness.

Here’s what the internet says about it:

  • Soothes dry, irritated skin
  • Use it to exfoliate your skin
  • Relieves eczema, psoriasis
SOME sites stated that you can whiten skin (but some sites refuted this so please do your own research).
  • You can use it in the bath and soak. You can make a scrub or a face mask with it too. It’s pretty versatile.

A lot of people love oatmeal for their skin. Like I said earlier, my daughter loved it. If I have more outbreaks I will have to try this one out. But hopefully, I won’t need to try it!

What kind to buy and where to get it: Quaker Oatmeal and any grocery store or Walmart, Target, etc.

Whew! That’s a lot of stuff and I didn’t even touch on everything out there that ISN’T ‘natural’ like salicylic acid, retinol (and retinoids), hyaluronic acid, and more. There’s a TON of products out there to use for your skin. Whatever you choose –the natural route or the chemical stuff– just do your own research and make sure your choice comes from a place of love, not a place of desperation, or fear of having bad skin. You have to feel good about your skincare choices (well, you have to feel good about all your choices actually but that’s another post).

And Now We Come To My Daily Skincare Routine.

My skincare has gotten a bit more complex since this journey began, but truly I believe skincare is meant to be simple and our bodies know what to do with just a bit of love and care.

Morning

In the morning I just splash cold water on my face. My face is usually quite soft and smooth after sleeping with Vitamin E on it all night. I drink a glass of water after that. Next, I work out then splash cold water on my face again and pat it dry. Then I put more Vitamin E oil on my face but I go with a very light sheen since it’s daytime. I also put targeted dabs of Vitamin E on scars, dark spots, and moles on my neck and chest at this time. I follow that with shea butter on the rest of my body and Aquaphor on my feet also.

Evening

I usually shower in the evening (if I don’t shower that day for some reason, I still put the shea butter and Vitamin E on). And in the shower, I use my homemade coffee & sugar scrub on my face and chest. I also use a salt scrub on my hands, elbows, knees, and feet. (But I didn’t make this scrub.) I also exfoliate my entire body with an exfoliating scrubber.

When I get out of the shower I put vitamin e on my face, dark spots, and moles. I put shea butter all over the rest of my body. Then I use Aquaphor on my feet and pop on a pair of socks.

Voila, that’s my current skincare routine, almost all-natural, relatively simple, and affordable, and it literally works skin miracles for me.

But no matter what you put on your body, if your beliefs, moods, and choices aren’t on point then it won’t matter. If you harbor lots of judgment, resentment, and hate internally, it will take a toll on you externally. If you’re negative in any way about your skin or your body, or your looks then whatever you do is just a waste of time.

Your Skin Is Dictated By Your Beliefs, Moods, And Choices.

I touched on this earlier on, but I thought I’d go deeper on this very important part of manifesting the skin you want. We’re going to talk about the law of attraction here, so if that triggers you, I suggest you bounce. The truth is, your beliefs, moods, and choices are the keys to manifesting ANYTHING you want in life really.

Beliefs

Do you believe that [whatever you use] on your skin will make it smooth, soft, and supple? Do you believe that your skin loves [whatever you’re using]? Do you believe that your cells know what you want, and when you show them love, will transform your skin? Do you believe that your cells KNOW exactly what to do? Do you believe that you can have any type of skin you desire?

I sure hope so, because thinking or believing anything other than positive things like this about your skin and cells will make sure it remains the way it has always been, or worse.

But if you’re positive, believe in your cells, and show them, love, with water, and oils, and lotions, etc. then they’ll transform right before your eyes.

I’ve watched my wrinkles fade away in the mirror. When I’ve elevated my energy on my looks, my skin, my transformation, I’ve seen my skin change right before my eyes. As long as I continue to be positive and have high energy about my skin, it will keep transforming. And yours can too.

It’s just belief.

“If I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it, even if I may not have it at the beginning.” – Gandhi

Focus on the skin you want. Focus on how you will feel with clear, soft, smooth skin. Tell yourself affirmations like “My skin is soft and smooth” and if that feels off for you then try “Even though my skin isn’t smooth yet, all this love I’m giving my skin will make it sure to happen. My smooth skin is on its way. And I will keep loving it because it feels good.”

And this must be done with elevated energy. Like an excited child, eager for their toy or something. Not intellectually recited with lukewarm energy. You have to really believe it and feel it. Your cells are waiting for you to literally energize them.

You can also write gratitude about your skin. Write positive aspects about your skin. What do you love about it? What has it done to help you? (covering your skeleton comes to mind as a bare minimum…I mean skeletons aren’t that cute and without skin, you’d look kinda scary tbh we all would lol!).

Please remember that a belief is just a thought you’ve repeated a boatload of times. Like I’m a slut. I’m a slut. I’m Daddy’s slut…see? I repeated that sooooo many times (when I lived in NYC away from him) that it manifested. Lol, ok, maybe not a great example for non-sluts but you get what I mean.

The more you repeat the gratitude about your skin, the more it has to become a reality. The more you believe, the more likely it is for it to happen.

But don’t forget about the ‘juice’ that makes those beliefs become reality.

Your mood is VITAL to manifesting your super soft and smooth skin.

Moods

How do you feel about your skin? Are you ‘crunchy’, tense, or stressed every time you go on Instagram and see beautiful models with clear, smooth skin? Are you annoyed every time you have to use Facetune or Snapseed to smooth your skin in a picture, or are you thankful technology is bringing you closer to your ideal vision? Are you jealous that ‘everyone else’ has ‘perfect’ skin but you don’t?Or are you happy and grateful when you see people with clear skin on IG? Are you feeling good about the beautiful, youthful, smooth skin when you see them? Are you feeling joyful that the universe is putting smooth skin in front of you for you to admire and love? Is your energy soaring sky high because you KNOW that your smooth skin is done but you’re just removing blocks to get it?

How are you feeling when you’re not focused on your skin? Are you actively choosing happiness in your life? Are you getting angry at drivers who cut you off and focus on them for an hour after they do it? Do you go home and bitch to your roommate or spouse about that “idiot” who cut you off?

How do you feel all day? And I don’t mean a few times in the day when you look in the mirror, but how are you feeling about EVERYTHING? ALL-F**KING-DAY?

Your mood has to be happy and good, with positive energy about life internally, a majority of the time, for it to transform into what you desire.

But a lot of people don’t realize their mood for EVERYTHING ELSE matters in connection with their skin. But it does. It doesn’t matter if your mood is high for your skin if it’s offset by super-low vibes the rest of the day. This is the way to NOT get what you want. Whether it’s skin, a boyfriend or girlfriend, a job, etc.

Everything is connected like a web. If you’re feeling shitty about one area of your life, it WILL trickle down into the other areas. So your mood has to be on point for EVERYTHING.

Are you willing to be happy all the time? Are you willing to pay attention to your moods? Are you willing to actively choose happiness as much as possible?

I’m not going to go too deep on ‘choosing happiness always’ here because it’s a life-long practice, but please understand…no matter what you want to manifest, you HAVE to be happy, with high energy, about whatever subject it is. Do you want that smooth skin? That sexy spouse? House? Body? Business? Job? Kids? Social media following? Whatever it is, make sure you have happy, amazing, epic energy on the topic.

Ultimately, our manifestations can’t come without us believing in them, without our happy moods, and rounding out the trifecta of slut-manifestation… errrr I mean manifesting lol… are your choices.

Choices

What are you choosing to do in regards to skincare? Are you experimenting with new products? Are you researching how to get that clear, soft, smooth, etc kind of skin you want? Are you finding the top people in the world who are teaching about skincare? Are you watching videos and seeing what others are doing? Are you finding people with the same issue? Did you find out what worked for them? Orrrrrr… are you asking advice from friends and family who don’t really have a clue about skincare?

You have 50,000+ moments in a day, each one you can choose to breathe deeply, relax your shoulders, pursue your passions, or you can choose shallow breaths, tense shoulders, and grinding out something you hate doing. These choices have massive side effects in the rest of your life, whether you realize it or not. Most of us weren’t taught the importance of our choices, and our moments, but deep down we all know the truth. Our choices f**king matter, and we’ve got to choose love over fear, and intention over autopilot, as much as possible.

What Are You Choosing For Skin Improvement?

Look deeper at your skin choices. Are you just reading articles like mine then failing to apply anything? Or are you applying what you learn? Are you tracking what worked and what didn’t? Are you tracking the ideas you come across? Are you filing the articles and videos so you can find them easily when you want to go back and read it again?

What are your daily choices about your skin?

These choices matter. If you’re not doing any of the above then your skin will stay the same. You can wish all you want but if you’re not believing in your cells, taking care of your moods, and choosing actions to get better skin then you deserve to have shitty skin. I know I did.

I love you. I truly do. But there are no candy-coated lies here. I won’t sugar-coat shit and tell you it’s Snickers. You need to know the truth. And the truth is, it’s up to YOU how your skin looks and feels.

There is zero judgment here. I’m the last person who should be judging anyway. I spent years never touching lotion to my skin. I spent years caring more about getting high than being radiant, and barely took a shower or brushed my teeth. So for me now, skincare is hella important. I am a bimbo slut, and that means I prioritize looking and feeling sexy, and smooth when Daddy touches me. But it’s up to me.

He might like smooth skin, but if I don’t take care of my skin then he won’t want to touch it. He can always choose to find some other slut who WILL take care of herself the way he likes. Every person has the right to be around someone who takes care of them.

But Beware, Some People Make Poor Choices ‘Cause Of ‘Resistance!’

Resistance is what you’re fighting against. It’s what you’re in denial of. It’s what you desperately seek to avoid happening. You might say but slut –err Cyn– “I love myself and I want smooth, clear skin… I’m definitely not resisting it! I’m working on it daily!” Ok, then what are your results? Are you making significant progress? Do you HAVE the kind of skin that you want? No? Then you’re holding some kind of resistance because the resistance-free passionate pursuit of what we want always brings progress. Whether it’s learning a new language, getting that dream career, or blooming into that skin glow-up.

So with minimal progress, you have to look within for resistance. You have to be more self-aware, to FEEL what it is that you’re resisting. It can be ‘getting attention, getting ‘looked at’, being ‘hit on more often’ or something else that may be bothering you deep inside.

My right hand.
My eyes.

I had resistance to losing weight because I thought ‘my skin would sag and wrinkle.’ So I stayed fat. Ugh. It’s annoying, but it’s what I was resisting for so long, and it kept my body fat longer than I wanted to be.

It may not be clear, smooth skin that you’re feeling resistant about. It can be some other topic that’s vaguely related like “Oh, I’ll have to buy new clothes and I can’t afford them so I’ll stay fat instead.” As I said, everything is connected like a web. Only you know what your resistance is. I can help you figure it out but ultimately only you know. And once you admit it, you can let go of the resistance and watch your skin transform and glow.

Be A Radiant Light In The World.

I’m sure you’ll agree that the last few years have been weird for everyone. We’re spending more time online, more time at home, and more time alone. There’s been a lot of hate, hardships, and unhappiness in the world. Do you want to add to that or do you want to be a soothing soul for those in this world that you interact with?

Personally, I want to be a light that shines so bright that people gotta get their sunglasses just to look at me. I aim to be a radiant light that helps people in any way that I can. That doesn’t mean you have to write long-ass guides like this, but it does mean you might want to think about the kind of person you want to be.

Do you want to spread hate, jealousy, and a bad attitude? Or do you want to spread love, happiness, and kindness? It’s up to you. I don’t judge either way but if you want to spread hate then we can’t be friends, and I don’t expect you’ll achieve your skin goals until you change. (But I’ll still love you and send lots of positivity to you behind your back lol.)

What Kind Of Woman Do You Wanna Be?

So if you’ve decided you want to be a loving, kind, light-bearing kind of woman then we can be best friends. Because that’s who I am.

A lot of women may not like that I call myself a ‘slut’ or that I love being slutty (with just one!) but that ‘judginess’ is on them, and I’m ok with that. I’m still going to be loving and kind to all. I’ve learned a hard lesson about being judgmental in the last few months. It’s just not worth it. And it’s not just the physical issues that happened but the emotional ones too. Being hateful FEELS bad.

Jay is always preaching to feel good and feel happy and do what I love. Feeling bad is not on that list. And even if in my moments of “haha bitch, you got what you deserved” one second after, I feel bad. For the target of my judgment, and for myself. I don’t want people to take joy in my pain, that’s mean. And I don’t want to take joy in other’s pain, either. So now I choose not to.

A long time ago I decided on the kind of woman I wanted to be. I thought it was a dream for many years. ‘Oh I can’t be that kind of woman, I’m a bitch.’

Well, those are others’ opinions of me that I let become my own. Yeah, I could be mean and cruel, but as I said, that feels bad. Do you know what feels good? To be soft, feminine, happy, kind, generous, affectionate, nurturing, loving, sweet, gentle….these are the traits I want to have.

How can we become the woman we want to be? By just doing it. Making the changes NOW.
I decided who I wanted to become and did it.

  • I wanted to be slutty for one person. So I did.
  • I wanted to wear red lipstick and make-up. So I did.
  • I wanted to show off my body more. So I did.
  • I wanted to be gentle and kind. So I did.
  • I wanted to show off. So I did.
  • I wanted smooth skin. So
  • I found what worked for others and did it.

And it was easy and fast for me because it was a deep desire of mine, and because I aligned my beliefs, moods, and choices to become her. Once you decide then it happens easily and quickly. ‘Deciding’ is a deeper topic that I could write tons about but I will end this part with this: Decide who you want to be and take the steps to be her.

End of part two. 🙂

“Wait this is the end of part 2?” you say.

What about your skin now? What about pores, cellulite, and wrinkles? What about smoking weed? (What!? weed and skincare?)

What happens to the slut’s skin?”

Oh, did you want to know how it ends? Did you want to see my photos to see if I was able to heal myself?

Part Three.

In Part Two I told you about the 5 products I experimented with & the few bonus products I used as well. and gave you my honest thoughts on them.

I shared my daily skincare routine.

I talked about the law of attraction and how resistance is holding your dreams back. I even shared my own list of things I’ve been resisting.

I shared the kind of woman I used to be and the kind of woman I am aiming to be now.

I also told you about some of the things I wanted and decided to just be that.

So we left off with me opening up to you and baring my desires which I’ve never really done with anyone but @ryzeonline.

This is the final part of my trilogy of skincare where I share even more about myself, my desires, and my soul from my slut point of view. You also get to see how my skin looks today and if I was able to really heal myself and transform.

I decided to be like a Peacock.

I love Peacocks. And not just because they have a name that makes me giggle lol.

Nature’s Power Of Peacocking.

Charles Darwin’s theory of sexual selection says that nature’s extravagances—like the peacock’s tail—are advantages in the mating game.

I imagine most would agree.

Picture a woman with a lustrous, flowing mane of hair, glimmering in the sun. See her hourglass figure, the perfect balance of slim, snatched waist, and generous curves. Her skin is silky smooth, even-toned, airbrush made real. Nude she’s a flawless canvas, practically perfection, but she’s also an artist, deftly decorating her form with enticing, inviting fashions. Hopefully, it’s obvious a woman like this has massive advantages in mate selection. She can get practically any man she wants.

The more beautiful and appealing we can be, the better mate selection we have access to. So it’s great to beautify oneself, and great to show off that beauty, because if it’s hidden and buried it’s an advantage thrown away.

(Note: I believe it’s the ‘male peacocks’ that have the plumage and do the showing off, but for humans, I’d say it has, and likely always will, work much better the opposite way.)

Showing off our attributes is a great way to get attention from others. We can show off our skin, our bodies, our cleavage, our bootys, whatever you wish and it will get attention, no matter what you look like. It might not be the exact attention you desire, but people will pay attention to you.

And if you’re feeling great about your skin, hair, body, etc. then, that showing off and affirming attention will boost your self-confidence. By boosting your self-confidence you will become even more attractive to others, you will feel amazing, and this will trickle into other areas of your life too. You’ll be more self-confident about your job or business, your friends, your family, your parenting skills, your makeup skills, your beauty skills, your body, etc. It will have a domino effect and you WILL feel like the powerful, divine feminine that you truly are. I know because it happened to me and it can for you too.

Showing off your natural attributes doesn’t mean you have to show off your boobs or your ass in ways that make you uncomfortable. You can cover up and STILL feel amazing. You can be modest and still grow your self-confidence. Show off your glowing skin, your kindness, your positivity, and your light. ALL of that is showing off. Please don’t think you have to show off in slutty ways that I do to feel great about yourself. You know what feels good to you so do that!

One More Bible Verse To Explain What I Mean…

“Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set high on a lampstand, where it gives light to all in the house. Just so, your light must shine before others, so that they may see your good deeds.” ~Matthew 5:15-16

Ok so I’ve quoted two bible verses in this series but just a heads up, I am not religious, but I am spiritual. I quote the bible to show that this wisdom has been around since ancient times. Even ‘God’ agrees in showing off your blessings, value, and light, NOT because I believe the bible.

Anyway so onto another of God’s blessings… Marijuana.

Smoking Weed.

Ah, my sweet, sweet Mary Jane.

I’ve been smoking weed since I was 15 years old. The longest I’ve ever quit was for 1.5 years when I lived in Ohio. I was a single mom with a 4-year-old and no one to smoke with. All my friends were straight edge so I quit. I’ve gone a few months off and on but in the past, I always went back to my weed.

For a long time I identified myself as an ‘artist’, and artists smoke weed, right? Plus, I’ve abused so many substances in my life, a legal (here in Canada) socially acceptable one like marijuana felt like a no-brainer. Plus I loved it, just as I loved Reese Cups and Diet Coke.

We all know tobacco smoke harms the inside and outside of our bodies and skin. We all know how damaging it can be.

So what about marijuana smoke? Will weed smoke harm our skin?

The answer is ‘yes and no.’

The cannabinoids in marijuana may be a great remedy for treating skin conditions caused by excessive cell growth like eczema, and psoriasis. It can also help with acne breakouts.

However, the smoke itself can also make them all worse.

Marijuana smoke has 4 times the amount of tar that cigarette smoke has.

“Marijuana may dilate (open) blood vessels and increase blood flow (bloodshot eyes). But first, it constricts them, depriving the skin of oxygen, just as smoking cigarettes does. The toxic effects make your skin age faster.” https://www.firstderm.com/marijuana-smoke-harm-skin/

ACK! I love to smoke weed, but I love my skin more. So I have decided to quit smoking weed after my birthday (October 1st) forevermore. Bye-bye weed. IF I do ever ingest it again it will be in edible form only. My skin is a dealbreaker. I want to be smooth, stacked, and sexy…wrinkled skin from weed isn’t any of those things lol!

Skin— And Hair— And Body— Transformation, Oh My!

“The cell is immortal. It is merely the fluid in which it floats that degenerates. Renew this fluid at regular intervals, give the cells what they require for nutrition, and as far as we know, the pulsation of life can go on forever.” -Dr. Alexis Carrel, winner of the Nobel Prize in Medicine.

Skin

Let’s talk transformation. Because after healing my skin irritations, I was hungrier than ever to elevate my skin to truly radiant status, not just get it back to neutral or average.

Pores

One of the things I noticed when I was researching skincare was all the products available to make pores smaller, smoother, and less noticeable. I’ll be honest, I never noticed my pores before. I never thought about it. Jay has told me my ‘pores look smaller before but I said ‘thank you’ without knowing wtf he meant. (Side note: If you don’t understand something, ask.) I’ve stared at myself 100 million times and never noticed them lol. I never paid attention like I said until I started doing research. Now I understand what people mean by pores. And if you’re like me and have no clue, let me explain it to you.

So our skin looks smooth and soft when our pores are small. The more textured our skin looks the bigger the pores are. THIS is why women wear foundation on their face (well one of the reasons).

Women often try to get their skin to look smooth and soft and EVEN in tone, texture, and color. Since I never paid attention before, I found it interesting. I began reading a lot about pores. Mostly what I read were women trying to make their pores smaller or businesses trying to sell me products that will tighten my pores.

Currently, I’ve not experimented with any products specifically for my pores. But I did some research for us. When pores clog, they expand, which can make your pores look more noticeable. So you want to find products that say one of the following:

  • Non-comedogenic
  • Oil free
  • Won’t clog pores

Clogged pores or an oily complexion can make pores look larger. It’s recommended that you wash your face twice a day if this is an issue for you just make sure to use a non-comedogenic cleanser. Also, it’s recommended to use retinol (or retinyl palmitate) after you wash but these aren’t recommended for pregnant women.

Exfoliation makes pores less noticeable, but be gentle when you exfoliate so you don’t damage your skin.

Here are a few products that seemed to be most recommended but please do your own research before trying these. I haven’t used these products so I cannot give my opinions about them.

  • Renee Rouleau Pore
  • Wrinkle Perfecting Serum
  • Kiehl’s Precision Lifting &
  • Pore-Tightening
  • Concentrate
  • Buttah’s Charcoal Detox Mask
  • Paula’s Choice Skin
  • Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid (Er, I actually used this product YEARS ago because it was given to me for free. I didn’t pay attention to my pores but it sure left my skin superrrrr soft, smooth, and feeling pretty.)

As I was researching pores, I thought about who I know who has small, smooth pores and could only think of one person, Lupita Nyong’o. Ok I don’t ‘know’ her personally but man, look at her skin! She’s “pore goals,” lol!

Lupita looks beautiful and radiant in this photo and most of her photos, edited or not. Her skin always looks creamy smooth and super soft. Her pores seem to be non-existent (now that I know what they look like I can tell, lol.)

I bet Lupita doesn’t worry much about her pores. I bet she doesn’t think much about cellulite either. Which is something most women DO think about. Her thoughts, moods, and choices matter a lot, so it’s worth finding out what they might be, and I’d love to speak with her personally (Lupita, if you’re reading this, please tell me your secrets!)

Cellulite

Let me be perfectly clear, many women have cellulite. It’s a fact and super common. It doesn’t matter what your size is or how much food you eat or how much you exercise, lots of people have cellulite. You can be a tiny size 0 and eat a salad once a day or you can be a size 32 and eat junk food all day or somewhere in between and you can have cellulite. But at the same time, no matter who you are, you can also improve it if you want to.

“Cellulite forms when fat cells beneath your skin push up against your skin’s connective tissues, causing your skin to dimple or pucker.” https://www.cosmopolitan.com/style-beauty/beauty/g3704/how-to-get-rid-of-cellulite/

According to most dermatologists, you cannot get rid of cellulite at home but you can lessen the appearance. (I’d be very careful and do your own research here, because a lot of ‘experts’ simply parrot other experts, and have very limited views on “what’s possible.”) Even though I’ve been overweight most of my life, I don’t have a tremendous amount of cellulite which I thank my mother for because she is fat too and doesn’t have that much either.

However the cellulite I DO have, I’d like to be rid of. According to the internet, there are a few products that can help. Btw I’ve never gone to the dermatologist for treatment of my cellulite but I know that a lot of celebrities do… and it looks like a good dermo can do wonders for cellulite.

  • Caffeine creams. I’ve used my coffee scrub on my legs and I noticed a big difference in the smoothness of my skin which causes the cellulite to look smoother and softer. Caffeine causes the blood vessels to constrict and fat cells to shrink. There are tons of caffeine creams and coffee scrubs on the market for you to try. I recommend you try making your own scrub with the recipe I shared in this article. It’s good stuff.
  • Dry brushing. Using a dry body brush before you get in the shower is wonderful for cellulite. I used one years ago and it leaves the skin so nice and supple and soft. I highly recommend brushing upwards towards your heart to get the circulation going. The dry brush moves the lymph around your body and causes it to drain which releases toxins in your cellulite making it smaller and less swollen.
  • Drink lots of water. I read that the amount of water people should drink in a day should be calculated by dividing your weight by 2 and drinking that amount of ounces a day. I aim to drink 10-12 glasses a day but I’m not perfect and don’t always make it to that mark. But I do have #watergoals because it’s sooooo good for my skin.
  • Regular exercise. Tightening the skin by firming up your body with exercise is a great idea. It’s good for your body, mind, soul, spirit, AND cellulite. Exercise changes the fat/muscle balance in your body, and since cellulite is oddly placed fat being pushed up against the outer skin, anything that lowers the fat balances a bit can definitely help. I exercise a few days a week and it’s helped me so much not just to lose weight and inches but to FEEL good emotionally.

Here are some non-invasive cosmetic procedures to help with cellulite. I’ve not tried these but I hope to soon.

  • Acoustic wave therapy
  • Laser treatment
  • Vacuum-assisted precise tissue release
  • Endermologie
  • Ionithermie cellulite reduction treatments
  • Radiofrequency
  • Liposculpting
  • Body Contouring & Sculpting
  • Bespoke Body Treatment – which is what my #bodygoals (Demi Rose Mawby) get’s done to keep cellulite at bay. She also gets body contouring and sculpting done. OMG I want to have them done too and see them in my future, lol!

My body Goals

When I say I want an hourglass body, this is the body I want. I LOVE Demi Rose. Her and I have so much in common it’s not even funny. I can’t wait until our bodies are identical! She’s my ultimate goal. Her hair, skin, lack of cellulite, curves, attitude, beliefs, etc etc.

Demi Rose used to have an eating disorder and hated her body. She overcame it and realized she had to give her body love to get the figure she desired. Once she figured it out, she manifested her famous curves. She’s a spiritual feminine bimbo who I adore. She’s my slut bimbo role model. I love her femininity, her submissive softness. She does whatever makes her happy and is sure to have FUN. Demi Rose makes sure to love her body and she indulges in treatments to keep her skin and body looking amazing. You can tell she truly loves herself. And because of that so many others love her too, including me!

Hair

I mentioned before that I suffered from alopecia years ago. I have been so blessed that my hair grew back and it’s thicker, darker, and softer than it ever was. However, I know that it’s not always the case with some people and they don’t understand or believe in the law of attraction or in the power of their cells. So they accept their hair loss as their fate.

I don’t believe that hair loss has to be permanent.

There are several ways to make your hair grow again but the most important one is using the law of attraction. I did it. I believed in my cells, I spoke super kind about my hair. I showed my hair love and chose things to make it better.

A few things that helped me with my hair loss while it was growing back and I was changing my beliefs about my hair were:

  • Wigs. I wore a lot of wigs. I went with short, long, red, blonde, black, brown…whatever my heart desired. I used that opportunity to try out styles I had only ever dreamed about. I no longer wear wigs on a regular basis, but my friend Julie has a wig and extension business. Her passion is helping women feel better about hair loss and she also helps educate them on things that can help them grow their hair or keep the hair they have healthy. If you’re interested in learning more about wigs, hair care, and feeling great about your hair loss check out her site: https://universalhair2excel.com/
  • ACV. I mentioned this earlier. Washing my hair with it and drinking it helped my hair re-grow. If you wash your hair with it, just be aware that it WILL strip any hair dye or color in your hair but it will also strip any buildup too. It leaves the hair soft and smooth and, over time, thicker. Just mix a few teaspoons with water and wash like you would with shampoo. Leave on for about 1-3 mins and then rinse normally. Follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. It will not retain that vinegar smell. (It will burn your eyes if you get it in your eyes so be careful when pouring the ACV on.)
  • Prenatal Vitamins. They used to be by prescription only but now you can get them over the counter in any pharmacy. My daughters crushed a bottle up into powder and poured the powder into their shampoo. Their hair was super shiny, thick, and soft. I ingested them and my hair got thicker and looked better than before I started taking them. And my nails and my skin improved too. (This was MANY years ago when I first lost my hair). I’m not taking them now but now that I’m writing this, I’m thinking I might go buy some and try them again. I’d love to have stronger nails and thicker hair.
  • Law Of Attraction. This was the main reason my hair grew back. I spent time loving myself, being kind to my hair, and being grateful that I still had hair no matter what it looked like. I changed my beliefs about my medicine, my hair, and my genetics. I believe that I can change ANY part of my body and it all started with my hair. I proved to myself that I can indeed transform myself by growing thicker, blacker, smoother, softer, hair using LOA.

After my first round of Alopecia. I don't have a lot of photos of myself back then this was the best I could do. My hair was super fine and weak. I thought it was permanent but I was wrong.
Thicker hair, unedited photo with no filters. This was me at 1 am, high AF, but feeling my thick af hair lol!

And you know us sluts (and yes you non-sluts too, lol) aren’t the only ones to experience hair loss. While researching I found lots of celebrities talking about their hair loss. From Viola Davis to Katie Price, to Keira Knightley, and many more.

Keira Knightley

“After dyeing her hair for years, Keira Knightley saw that her hair was falling out. The hair loss became so bad that she wore wigs for five years until her hair grew back after she became pregnant with her daughter, Edie”. – In Style Magazine

Pregnancy often will help the hair grow back thicker but it’s mostly because women take prenatal vitamins during pregnancy.

Keira believed that she could grow her hair back and it grew back. How do I know this? Because if she believed her hair loss was permanent she’d still be rocking wigs. This is why Keira is my hair growth goals. A lot of the other celebs I read about are still sporting wigs because they believe their hair loss is forever more. They could easily change it with some changed beliefs and the LOA.

Body

I know this article is all about skin transformation, but I thought I’d get into overall body transformation and other issues too. I’m putting sagging skin into this section because I feel it fits better here.

Sagging skin

Have you ever seen Helen Mirren in a bikini? She’s a sexy slut at 75 years old. She CLEARLY knows how to take care of her skin. She works out every day for 12 minutes. Yes, that’s right I said TWELVE minutes. What does she do? She uses the Royal Canadian Air Force exercise plan. You can read more about that here: https://www.fitandwell.com/news/12-minute-workout-helen-mirren-1905

She also says she no longer gives a f*ck what people think about her. Which to me is part of the law of attraction. If you’re using the law of attraction to manifest consciously then you’re not caring what others think. People told me I was crazy for “thinking” or “believing” I could change.

They were right.

I was crazy enough to believe that I can powerfully manifest change. So they were right about body transformation, but so am I, and so is Helen. She knows that she can have the body, the skin, and the life she wants just by paying attention to her beliefs, moods, and choices. Do you know how I know? By looking at her results. Here’s Helen, –who again, is 75 years old– in a bikini.

So how can YOU tighten up sagging skin? Well all those treatments that I mentioned in the cellulite section will work for sagging skin but so does exercising, eating healthy, drinking tons of water, ACV, Vitamin E and Shea butter. All these work, and have for women for centuries, but again… the foundation to transform ANY part of your body or life, is by using the Law Of Attraction.

Wrinkles

So the next person I want to feature in this article isn’t a celebrity (though there are lots of them out there that I could have used.) Instead, I decided to use a real person that Jay and I know in real life. A woman who clearly uses the law of attraction to manifest what she wants.

“When I look in the mirror and see something I don’t like, I do something about it”. – Rollande

Our neighbor, Rolly (short for Rollande) is 83 years old. Eighty-f**king-three. And she has the smoothest skin I’ve ever seen on an 83-year-old. Shit, her skin is smoother than some 50-year-olds I’ve seen. She’s the same age as my mother and her skin is so much softer, smoother, and more youthful.

Now, Rolly would tell you it’s “not having kids or a husband” that has helped keep her young. But this is code for “doing what’s fun and feels best for her.” Kids and a husband sound like a nightmare for her, so she purposefully chose not to have either. Her focus on doing what she loves, no matter what others think, is why she is relaxed, happy, and youthful. Not really because there are no kids or husbands, but because she just does whatever makes her happy.

She does show love to her skin regularly too though. She spends one hour in the morning and one hour at night on her skincare routine. Jay and I went over to her house for tea recently and we took the chance to do a photoshoot of all her products. I will list them below the photos.

XXX

  • Bioderma
  • Lancome Foundation
  • Shiseido
  • Revlon
  • StriVectin
  • Avene

These are some of the brands she uses. She spends an hour every morning and an hour every night taking care of her skin. WITHOUT FAIL. Her secret is consistency.

Here are a few other “Rolly secrets”:

  • No lying in the sun (not sure I agree but it works for her.)
  • No sugar (maple syrup instead of sweetener)
  • Small meals
  • Use a gentle touch when putting creams and makeup on your face.
  • Stretch every few days.

Figure

Rolly is 83 and walks for hours every day, in her words, “whether she needs it or not.” She has done this consistently since she retired decades ago. Rolly has put in decades of walking, of exercise. This kind of consistently moving one’s body is a recipe for a great figure. Do you know who doesn’t have a great figure? The spotty, inconsistent exercisers of the world. The sedentary folk.

I exercise almost daily. The one exercise I found that works almost all the muscles in my body (and leaves me sore AF for days) are weighted squats. Jay taught me how to do them and even with the gyms being closed during lockdown we did them anyway. We fill our backpacks with heavy stuff and go to town.

Ok ok it sounds simple but if you are doing your form correctly (we didn’t in the beginning and they were too easy) you will FEEL it in your body and you will know that these are AMAZING for your body.

I am also working on my abs. I never thought squats would do much for my abs but I was wrong. Holy crap, it takes core strength to squat properly. My abs have gotten tighter and so has my ass. I will have to update this section when my body is ready to show off. Not quite yet but soon.

And of course, I have to mention Law Of Attraction here too. Because I was able to lose over a hundred pounds with very minimal exercise. I was eating like crap, not exercising but still losing weight. How? The Law Of Attraction! You can change anything you want using it.

Check out some of our videos about changing your appearance using the law of attraction:

– Want to get a rounder booty?

– Want bigger (or smaller) boobs?

– Want a smaller waist?

To sum this section up, I know a lot of people think that plastic surgery or invasive procedures are needed to change one’s appearance, but Rolly hasn’t had any plastic surgery to keep her figure or skin so nicely. And as for myself, I believe there’s almost always a gentler, more elegant solution to reach our body goals than invasive, brute-force surgical procedures… but I don’t want to discount them entirely or leave them out. So let’s talk about Dermos and Surgeons.

What About Dermatologists, Estheticians, & Plastic Surgeons?

Even though I’m more naturally leaning now for most of my beauty solutions… I admit I LOVE plastic surgery. It’s one of humanity’s greatest inventions. I love spa treatments and the idea of botox. I’ve even had plastic surgery twice. I had a tummy tuck in 2004 when I thought I was done having kids. I was fresh off of my first divorce, just graduated college (I was 28), and having just lost 120lbs. My mother said she wanted to buy me a car for graduation but my car was only 2 years old. She asked if I wanted something else and I said yes…a tummy tuck please. (At the time, I didn’t believe in my cells or myself like I do now.) I was lazy AF and wanted a quick fix, so I had the surgery. And it was awesome! I did tons of research before I had it done. I was super excited that I would have a flat tummy again. Ohhhh I looked so good.

I don’t have many photos from back then because along with the flat tummy, my drug problem amped up again with the painkillers. That surgery is pretty intense as is the recovery. I had been using drugs socially for years, but after that surgery, the spiral began and ended in a heroin nightmare. But all’s well that ends well, that was a long-ass time ago and I’m healthy and clean now.

Anyway, I got divorced, got a flat tummy, and that landed me husband #2.

One day he said, “I don’t like your boobs. Would you get a boob job?” Without thinking twice I said “Hell yeah!”

I never even considered fixing them naturally.

And this time, I also barely did any research. I didn’t use the same doctor that had done my tummy tuck, and just randomly found a surgeon. I was on drugs, and I’m so blessed that the universe has my back because I’ve been super healthy since I had my breast lift.

I wish I knew then that there were gentler, more natural ways to fix my breasts. I could have used the law of attraction to firm my skin, lift my breasts, and make my areolas smaller but I didn’t. I’m glad I know now.

So take it from someone who’s tried both sides of the coin. Even though I have had surgery, lots of cosmetic procedures, and spa treatments, I highly recommend you try a natural way first. But I understand if you’re not feeling it. These things always come down to your beliefs, moods, and choices.

If you believe surgery is the only way, then it will be for you. If you believe you can transform your body halfway, and surgery has to take it the rest of the way, then it will be that way for you. If you believe that your body can transform ANYTHING and look ANY way you want it to look, then it will be that way for you.

I love dermatologists and estheticians. But I currently do not see either. I take care of my skin myself because I prefer to use natural products and I find that dermo’s and estheticians like to use chemical products. I have NOTHING against chemical products or even plastic surgery…but for me, I want to use only natural things on my skin and body.

Law Of Attraction, Skin Care, And You.

So since I’m such a huge fan of Law Of Attraction, here are a few tips for using the law of attraction for your skincare. These are some of the steps I took to manifest better skin (and other things in my life too).

  • Replace ALL negative self-talk with positive. Use positive words when talking about any subject but especially your skin. Instead of “I keep breaking out and I hate it.” Try “My skin’s rejecting impurities deep down inside. This breakout is a blessing helping my skin be clean and clear. The universe is giving me the opportunity to practice getting clearer skin. It’s also practice to change my language to more positive talk.”
  • Speak lovingly to your skin and cells. Try “I love my cells, they’re so smart and know exactly how to transform into what I want. I drink this delicious water to hydrate my skin and give love to my cells. Or my skin is soft, smooth, and clear.”
Spend some time visualizing clear, smooth, soft skin. While you visualize, think about how you would FEEL with this amazing skin. FEEL how happy you will look. FEEL yourself touching your face gently, and think loving happy thoughts about your skin but make sure you’re FEELING it too. The feeling is what gives the visualization the juice to manifest.
  • Celebrate the changes you see immediately. Talk to your skin. “I knew you would be softer and smoother today. It’s a ‘duh,’ but I’m still so grateful to my cells for transforming so quickly and easily. I love my skin.” Make sure you feel this was ‘guaranteed’ to happen. If you act shocked or surprised then it takes away from the quick transformation. Praise yourself and your skin every time you look in the mirror. “You look beautiful. You’re so soft and silky. I knew you would look this beautiful today.” etc.
  • Before you see changes make sure to ACT like it’s already happened. Think positive, talk positive, FEEL positive about the changes that have “already happened” and you can even say “Even though I don’t see the changes yet, I know they’re on their way. I know my skin is already soft, smooth, and clear.”
  • Raise your damn energy. If your energy is low then you can’t manifest anything. Make sure you feel GOOD about your body, about manifestation, about your dreams. Make sure you’re thinking and talking positively about it because if you’re not then it cannot happen.
  • HAVE FUN. Have fun and enjoy your skincare experiments. LOVE your skin, be light and happy about it. Make sure it feels like fun to you!

These tips are simple but nuanced. For example, all of them fail if your energy is low or you’re unable to ‘energize your emotions’ as you did as a child. Or they can fail if you have resistance on vaguely related topics that you’re unaware of. But if you do them with a good heart, good energy, and no resistance, they’re almost miraculous.

If you’re interested in going deeper on the law of attraction “rules” here’s an article that Jay wrote about his “10 Commandments For The Law Of Attraction.” These rules helped me to manifest faster too.

The First Principles Of Skincare (Skinciples!)

Whew! I did a lot of research for myself and for this article. I read and watched lots about skincare to help you and myself. By exploring such a huge amount of material, I discovered some common patterns that came up all the time. No matter if the source was tech-based and surgical, or organic and natural. No matter if the source was cutting edge, or ancient wisdom. No matter if the source was double-blind peer-reviewed or anecdotal. Every single thing touched on the same principles for radiant skin. These things are what I call #skinciples, the first principles of skincare. You’ll find them repeated by the gurus, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, estheticians, skincare fanatics, holistic peeps, etc…

  • Water. Everyone obsessed with skin agrees that drinking tons of water will hydrate your cells and make your skin more beautiful. It’s good for your organs, your skin, your joints, your bones, your hair, your teeth, eyes, ears…you get it…your whole entire body! If you think you’ve had enough water– you haven’t. Go get a glass now. No, don’t finish this, go drink a glass of water and come back to find out the other 2 principles.
  • Fruits and Vegetables. Seems weird that FOOD would matter so much to your skin but it 100% does. Your body is desperate for the vitamins and nutrients in these natural foods. Eat as much as you possibly can. Your skin will reward you for it later.
  • Exercise. Your body was made to move. It loves to move. You don’t have to become a gym bunny (unless you want to) to have a healthy body. Exercising for a few minutes every day makes your body so happy. It can be yoga, pilates, squats (epic), lifting weights, dancing, gymnastics, swimming…etc…whatever you want. But whatever exercise you choose, please make sure it’s FUN for you. If it’s not fun then nothing will change. The FUN is the key to transformation and manifestation. And your body will love it more if it’s fun.

Bonus #Skinciple: One of the most effective exercises is weighted squats. They are life-changing. They hurt like hell but the exercise is efficient and effective. The results are impressive.

Those are the 3 first principles of skincare I discovered.

The secondary principles are up to you, they’re more personal. Rolly has her own secondary principles she follows. Demi has hers. I have mine. Do you want to go the natural route? The tech route? The chemical route? It’s up to you. But whatever way you choose, please make sure not to skip the 3 first principles, and please do thorough research about whatever route you choose. And don’t forget the #1 principle of life itself…HAVE FUN.

My Current Skin Update.

So you may be wondering how my skin is fairing these days. Well at the time of writing, it’s not ‘perfectly’ at my ideal vision, but it’s made massive improvements towards that. My skin’s looking amazingly well for this slut, and because of that, my slutty self-confidence is soaring too.

My right hand.
My eyes.
My right hand.
My eyes.

XXX

Me – Almost back to looking like myself. My eyes are still red but I just look high LOL!!

I’m feeling much better, no itchies, my skin is glowing and the rough spots are almost fully healed. I’ve also manifested fuller lips. I’ve been wanting a fuller upper lip especially and they have gotten nice and plump in the last few weeks. You can really tell from my ‘eyes before’ pic and my after pic how much plumper my lips have gotten! The last pic with lipstick on really accentuates it.

But What Are My True Body Goals?

Is it just skin?

No, it’s everything. I spent years ignoring the body nature gave me, and now I want to spend years loving and caring for and transforming it.

Many of the world’s most beautiful women have taken inspiration from Marilyn Monroe, and I definitely applaud her incredible achievements and beauty… but I feel femininity has evolved, and come even further than that.

So I’m going to talk more about Demi Rose Mawby.

Because for this slut…

Demi Rose Mawby is the pinnacle of body goals.

I’m not kidding.

I’m getting Demi’s shape and figure.

We’re the same height but her curves are perfection. She has ‘uninterrupted lines’ meaning the lines of her body aren’t interrupted by fat rolls or cellulite. Her silhouette is a perfect hourglass shape. My dream shape. She’s petite, soft, and her bones structure is the same. She has dainty hands, feet, wrists, collar bones, and neck. She’s smooth, soft, and stacked, exactly what I am becoming.

I’m getting Demi’s skin pigmentation and pores.

Her skin is smooth, with no blemishes, no moles, no discoloration. She has a clear complexion, tiny pores, and barely wears any makeup. Her pigmentation is even and she has zero acne. Her skin looks dewy, soft, and touchable. It looks quite inviting and alluring.

I’m getting Demi’s luxurious tresses.

Demi’s real hair is shoulder length, full, thick, shiny, and soft. You can see she clearly takes care of it and when she does opt for extensions, she uses the top-of-the-line extensions to make sure that her real hair is protected. Her hair looks healthy and smooth without too many split ends. It looks like you could run your fingers through it at any time and it would be smooth like silk.

I’m getting (some of) Demi’s face.

Her almond shaped eyes are a bit lighter than mine but I like the darkness of mine. But her eyes are more cat eyed than mine are. Her eyes are clear, never red, and you can read the submission and love in her eyes. She is quite expressive with her eyes alone. She wears eyelash extensions but I know I can thicken and grow my own lashes without extensions so they will look just like hers with extensions. Her nose is small and delicate but so is mine but hers is smoother without blackheads or scars. Her lips are full, soft, and line-free. Her mouth looks like it’s pouting even when she’s not. She has a beautiful, full mouth. She wears a lot of nude colors on her lips which enhance the natural color. I prefer darker, brighter, colors on my lips. But I do love how beautifully shaped hers are.

I’m getting Demi’s boobs.

She has full, round, perky boobs. They look firm and she’s always posting photos of herself braless so that I can clearly see that they’re firm and soft all over. Her skin looks even from head to toe. The skin on her boobs looks extra smooth like she takes care to put lots of oil or lotion on them.

I’m getting Demi’s booty.

Well, I’d like to have the shape of her bottom. It’s a bit wide for my preference but the roundness, fullness, lift of her booty is divine. It’s round, firm, perky, and perfect, like her boobs. I’m excited for my bottom to stick out the way hers does. Her booty makes any outfit look amazing.

And I won’t be a carbon copy, but I am inspired by her.

Ok ok it sounds like I’m a bit obsessed with her and I am. I also am aware she’s never had a child (I’ve had 3), she’s never destroyed her body with drugs and food the way I have, and she’s also 25 and I’m not.

However, I know that I will be the version of beauty that I want to be. I also know that I can transform my body to be exactly the way I want because I believe I can. You can do it too.

I believe in finding the people who are the very best at what they do and learning from what they do.

When I was studying persuasion to be the best persuader, I studied Edward Bernays and Hitler. When I was studying how to be a better cook, I studied Julia Child and Gordon Ramsey. When I was studying how to have the body of my dreams, I studied Demi Rose Mawby. She may not be everyone’s preference but she’s mine.

So when you want to be the best at something, have the best, then you study the best…whoever that is to you.

This is what it means to RISC body goals. That means to research, inspect, ‘steal’, and finally create the body you came to earth to have. Your soul knows the body you’re worthy of, and it’s calling you to it right now. I have folders on my computer with images and clips of different body parts I’ve come across that match my vision for myself. It’s like a digital body vision board (and no they’re not all Demi but they are all similar to her which is why she’s my ultimate inspiration).

And I know with every fiber of my being that I’m on my way to Demi-level beauty. I’m super blessed and happy. And even with all this amazing info I’ve dug up, there’s one overarching thing I want to emphasize.

My journey from gross skin to glowing skin only skyrocketed when I made sure to have fun and followed my gut instincts.

No one told me what to do. I did the research, then listened to my gut to decide what to do to heal myself. Your cells already have all the answers for your specific body. They’ll guide you to the right research if you focus on fun, are kind-hearted, and trust your gut.

Slut-worthy skin is already yours, so long as you soul-search well.

The wrap-up.

I know that I didn’t talk about masks or peels or depilatories, makeup, cleansers, etc but that’s because I didn’t experiment with them but perhaps I will for a future article.

I want to thank Jay for helping me with this article, for helping me with the images, and for always believing in me and loving me. Without Jay, I’d never know the deeply hidden, yet oh-so-simple secret to manifesting your dream skin (and dream life) which is to HAVE FUN.
